The Camden Safer Streets Team is changing!

From April 2019, Change Grow Live will be starting a new contract with Camden Council, to provide services for rough sleepers and people involved in street activity, in the London borough of Camden. The new service will be called the Camden Routes off The Streets Team (RTS).

In addition to the outreach services we already provide, we will also be running a building based hub. The hub will provide a base where the RTS team and a number of partner agencies, from both the voluntary and statutory sectors, will offer a wide range of health and social care services to Camden’s homeless population. The aim of RTS will be to ensure that all rough sleepers in the borough receive a service offer which means they no longer have to sleep rough and are able to rebuild their lives away from the street. This in turn reduces street activity by diverting those involved in high risk behaviour way from the street and helping them to live more meaningful lives.

Further details will be posted to our website as changes take place. You can also follow developments on Twitter @Camdensst
